How to open a dispute
When you can dispute
- Seller did not deliver
- Wrong item received
- Seller unresponsive for 24+ hours
How to open
1. Go to My orders
2. Open the order
3. Click "Open dispute"
4. Choose reason and describe the issue
After opening
- Funds are frozen
- Admin reviews within 48 hours
- Both parties can send messages
Outcomes
✅ Buyer wins → full refund
✅ Seller wins → payout to seller
