When you can dispute

  • Seller did not deliver
  • Wrong item received
  • Seller unresponsive for 24+ hours

How to open

1. Go to My orders

2. Open the order

3. Click "Open dispute"

4. Choose reason and describe the issue

After opening

  • Funds are frozen
  • Admin reviews within 48 hours
  • Both parties can send messages

Outcomes

✅ Buyer wins → full refund

✅ Seller wins → payout to seller
